With the fall trap and skeet season coming to an end now is a perfect time as a head coach to evaluate your coaching staff and determine if any additional training is needed. We call it the “Off Season” but there never really seems to be any down time in this sport. Continuing education is the key to becoming a successful coach. Try and break down your staff into the following categories and only seek out the training opportunities that your staff is comfortable with.
